PolandEar pad torn
I love these headphones but now the earpads are torn and I can't find replacements. Where can I get these?
NorwayPice of the control buttom is missing after less than six mounths
The little plastic pice of the controlbuttom that you push is missing after less than six mounths so I cant have Bluetooth. I have asked Jays if it should happens after less than six mounths. It is to years guarantee. Unfortently Teknikkmagasinet in Oslo Norway is closed so I have asked Teknikmagasinet in Sweden for help. If they cant help me I will ask the Comsumer Council for help.

I really enjoyed my headphones untill the cables on left speaker got loose. I've tried to reach the custon support for warranty matter with no feedback yet. Its almost 3 weeks ago i first tried to reach customer service with absolutely no success. I'm highly dissapointed
