If you have a change of heart regarding a purchase made at JAYS Online Store, you may return your product within 14 days. For acceptance of your return, the product must be in perfect condition and not used. The complete package including all accessories must be returned together with the products. Please note that you are responsible for the shipping charges related to a return to JAYS in Sweden, and paid return shipping or handling fees are non-refundable.
